Hi, I am Kristen the owner of Lowcountry Hair Studio + Spa! I am originally from a small town outside of Chattanooga, TN, and have been living in the Charleston area since 2016. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2019, and I specialize in lived in color, blonding, hand tied extensions, & head spas. I love meeting new clients, and I cannot wait to see you in my chair! Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for new clients. The deposit will range from $5-$50 depending on the service amount. All deposits are non refundable and can only be transferred once if the client reaches out within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time to reschedule.
Current clients do not have to pay a deposit for rebooking. However, if an appointment is canceled with less than a 48 hour notice or no showed the client will be required to put a deposit down for future appointments.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, I will not be able to complete your service in the time frame you are scheduled for. This may result in a shortened service or having to reschedule. If you are running behind please reach out via text. After 20 minutes you will be asked to reschedule, and if there has been no communication from the client the appointment will be considered a no show.
I am a solo stylist in a private studio. I ask that you do not bring no more than 1 guest to your appointment due to the lack of space.
