CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits- Deposits are non refundable, non transferable, and required for all new and current clients using online booking. If you are rebooking your next appointment in person you will not be required to place a deposit. However, if the appointment is canceled with less than a 48 hr notice you will be required to place a deposit to reschedule. Late Policy- If you are running behind please reach out via text. I do allow a 10 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you will be asked to reschedule the appointment. Changing Services- If you would like to change the service you are scheduled for, please reach out no less than 48 hrs before your appointment. Less than a 48 hr notice will result in still being charged for the service you were originally scheduled for. (Example: scheduled for a full color appointment and wanting to change the appointment to a partial) Refund Policy- All services are non refundable and non negotiable. If an adjustment to the color or extensions needs to be made the client must reach out within 7 days from their previous appointment.
